Hi, We are Jumial Digital.

Jumial Digital was founded because we kept seeing the same thing: people frustrated by technology that was not working properly, with no one patient enough to explain what was wrong or what to do about it. We set out to change that.

We provide honest, friendly tech support across East Sussex, visiting people in their own homes and working remotely when that is more convenient. Whether it is a computer that has stopped working, a new device that needs setting up properly or an internet connection that has been unreliable for months, We approach every job with the same patience and care.

We take particular pride in supporting older residents and anyone who finds technology confusing. There is no such thing as a silly question and We will never make you feel rushed or talked down to.
